Commodity Meats

We pack fresh bins for use in further processing. The following fresh items are available in bins or forty pound boxes, subject to availability:

• Breast meat
• Tenders
• Thigh meat
• Breast trim
• Whole turkeys, with or without giblets

The same items are available frozen. Boneless product is packed in forty pound cases, and bulk parts such as drums and necks are packed in thirty pound cases.
